A Window into Seth Klarman’s Worldview Part 2

Every once and while, the name of one of Seth Klarman’s horses gets mentioned in an article. We first wrote about this in 2010 when Klarman’s Sovereign Default made his debut.  In August we wrote about how well his horses were doing. More recently, a few more of Klarman’s horses have come to light. They are “Spurious Precision” and “Carried Interest.” The former seems similar to Klarman’s famous horse, “Read the Footnotes” in which he is espousing an investing maxim. The latter is more interesting, though, frankly we’re not quite sure what to make of it.
