Santangel’s Review is a leading platform connecting high-quality and under-the-radar hedge fund managers with a curated network of allocators through research and content. We run one of the industry’s most respected capital introduction conferences, the Santangel’s Roundtable, and maintain an extensive network across the alternatives ecosystem.

We are hiring an analyst to help us deepen our manager coverage, expand our outreach, and strengthen our brand presence. This role blends investment research, relationship building, marketing, and organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manager & Sponsor Sourcing

  • Conduct outreach to hedge fund managers and help identify high-caliber, under-the-radar investors across strategies, geographies, and market caps.
  • Identify and cultivate prospective sponsors, building long-term strategic relationships to support the Santangel’s Roundtable and related initiatives.

Marketing & Relationship Development

  • Introduce the Roundtable to managers, ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees and support our ongoing cap-intro engagement.
  • Participate in introductory and follow-up calls with managers

Event & On-Site Support

  • Provide onsite support at Roundtable events, helping to ensure seamless execution and a professional, high-quality experience for allocators, managers, and sponsors.

Qualifications

Professional & Personal Attributes

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined. 
  • Outgoing, articulate, and confident, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the firm professionally in meetings and events.
  • Deep investing curiosity, with interest in understanding hedge fund strategies and manager sourcing.

Technical Skills

  • Strong Excel skills; comfort with data organization, basic analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior investment-related experience, whether through internships, coursework, research, or personal involvement, is preferred
