“What an excellent conference! Any time you show up and immediately spot five people who you think are among the best investors in the world, you know you are in the right place.”

“I just want to extend a thanks and congratulations on a terrific event. It was honestly the best investment conference I have attended.”

“I thought the conference was absolutely outstanding. I have been to quite a few, and never feel I got as much value as I did from this.”

“I go to a fair number of investment conferences in the US and Europe and this is the best I attended so far.”

“Because you are so careful about the quality of both attendees and speakers, high quality people want to come. And it only gets better every year!”

“I felt that the content was leagues above that of other conferences. There was a good balance between actionable ideas and process insights from each of the managers.”

“I think the event was great, and I can’t really think of any area for improvement. It’s a must on the events we attend every year, and we attend very few! Thanks for having us!”

“Great speakers with interesting off-the-run ideas. Quality questions from attendees. Well done!”

“I thought the event was fantastic! I really enjoyed it very much and I thought you did an excellent job in every detail. Most importantly, I thought you were able to get excellent speakers with good ideas and I enjoyed the high level of the attendees.”

“Thank you so much for having me at the event. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was by far the best put together forum of its kind that I’ve ever attended.”

About the Santangel's Investor Forum®

The Santangel’s Investor Forum® is a private, invitation-only conference where talented, under-the-radar investors present investment ideas.

We ask each speaker to use their idea as a “live case study” in order to teach the audience an interesting or unique aspect of their investment process or philosophy.

We also reserve half of each session for audience questions. We have found that this extended Q&A leads to thought-provoking discussions among a community of intelligent investors.

We limit attendance to create an intimate environment and to promote quality audience participation. The Forum has no sponsors and therefore no vendor or service provider attendees.

The Forum also focuses on providing unique opportunities for networking. There are no speakers during lunch. Instead, we arrange attendees at tables of four or five based on who we think you would benefit from meeting.

Over the years, we have heard that these lunch pairings have led to many business relationships and friendships. Many of the speakers stay throughout the day and participate in these lunch pairings. We also have several networking breaks and an extended cocktail reception to close out the day.

With some rare exceptions like Ed Thorp, our Forum speakers aren’t big names. We purposely find under-the-radar investors who are successful and talented, but for whatever reason aren’t frequent commentators on TV or the conference circuit. The goal is to generate differentiated ideas and thoughts that aren’t mainstream. As John Templeton put it: “It is impossible to produce superior performance unless you do something different from the majority.”

Everything is off the record at the Forum. We do this in order to make the speakers more comfortable, but more importantly to keep the value of the event for the people in the room.

Notable Speakers At Past Santangel's Investor Forums®

The Santangel’s Investor Forum® will feature eight sessions spread throughout the day. The speakers will be
interviewed by an informed moderator, but a crucial aspect of these sessions will be audience participation.
